The PSCA Board is looking for a CPA volunteer with audit services experience that would like to provide his/her accounting expertise to assist the Treasurer in auditing the Financial Statements. If you would like to make a difference in our community by doing a pro-bono work, The PSCA Board needs your help! Please help us make our organization more accountable and transparent on how we manage our community fund.

Join the Passyunk Square Civic Association for our general membership meeting on Tuesday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the South Philadelphia Older Adult Center at Passyunk Ave. and Dickinson St.

Enjoy snacks from Plenty, a new shop on Passyunk Ave owned by Passyunk Square residents, while hearing about spring events like the Spring Clean-up and the Plant Sale, as well as project and committee work.

Ms. Kaplan, principal of the Alexander Jackson Elementary School- will share her vision and goals for the school year. The PSCA Education Committee will also share their work helping Ms. Kaplan to make key school improvements.

Wendy Green-Harvey, Constituent Relations Coordinator, Government Affairs for SEPTA will talk about the Transit First project that will be piloted on the Rout 47 bus line along 7th and 8th streets.

The South Philadelphia Parents Resource Center is holding a workshop for couples on balancing work and family on March 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Columbus Square Rec Center at 12th and Wharton Streets.
