The PSCA Zoning Committee reviewed the following cases at its February meeting. Results are below.
1412-1414 S. 7th St. (4th appearance):
Application for a 2nd story rear addition to an existing 2 story structure, 8 off street parking spaces for use as a 10 family dwelling. Refused for use, open area, rear yard depth, and number of ADA parking spaces in R10-A zoning district. Applicant has modified original proposal removing the addition and reducing the number of units to 8. 8 parking spaces are still included in the project. Immediate neighbors have requested a meeting with the developer. Changes to be presented based on feedback from the neighbor meeting and the previous 3 zoning meetings. Result: 4 votes of non-opposition, 1 abstention. Includes 14 provisos that addressed neighbor concerns expressed at the meeting with the developer and the neighbors. The changes to the plans eliminated most of the refusals.
