On Tuesday, August 13th at 7PM at Annunciation BVM Church Hall at 1511 S. 10th Street (Dickinson St Entrance) the Zoning Committee of the Passyunk Square Civic Association is scheduled to hear the following cases:

1314 Annin Street: 

Application is for the erection of a three (3) story attached structure (Maximum height not to exceet 38 feet) with cellar, rear deck at third floor, a roof deck above third floor, with a spiral stair access to roof, and rear fence 6 feet high for use as a single family dwelling.  Zoning refused because the proposed open area and rear yard depth is less than the required minimum.

 THE FOLLOWING CASE WILL BE HEARD AT THE SBSNA ZONING MEETING:

 1221-31 S. Broad Street (Armory): 

The South Broad Street Neighborhood Association (SBSNA) will hear the case of the 1221-31 South Broad Street project (fomerly the Armory) at their next zoning meeting on Tuesday, August 20th at 7:00pm in the Morgan Conference Room of Methodist Hospital at 2301 S. Broad Street.  Application is for the demolition of the building and the new construction of an apartment building with 50 units, designed by Landmark Achitectural Design.  For more information: http://sbsna.org/
