On Tuesday, April 8th at 7PM at Annunciation BVM Church Hall at 1511 S. 10th Street (Dickinson St Entrance) the Zoning Committee of the Passyunk Square Civic Association is scheduled to hear the following cases:

 
1. 1114 Annin –  rehearing on application for use variance for multi-family.

2. 1143-45 Tasker St – Application for new construction of attached three story single family dwelling with cellar and roof deck.

3. 738-44 Wharton St – lot line relocation to create 3 lots out of four deeded parcels for use as 3 single family dwellings, 3 stories high with roof decks.

4. 1500 S. 9th St – rehearing for use variance to legalize an existing off-street parking space and to allow the use of the property as a two-family dwelling. License and Inspection issued a refusal because both uses are prohibited in the zoning district

5. 1403-09 Darien – Application for lot adjustments to create 6 lots from 1 and constrict 6 single family dwellings.

The Zoning Committee does not make final decisions on the applications, but it does send letters to the Philadelphia Zoning Board Administration.
