My wife and I just closed on a house in the neighborhood – 13XX E. Passyunk! We’re excited to come back into town, after living in Lafayette Hill for a while. We would have been at the open house if we didn’t have an offer pending!

The new trees are great! Heartfelt thanks to PSCA, the troop of volunteer tree planters, the Commonwealth for supplying the trees, and the Horticultural Society for scoping out the project and preparing the planting sites. I look forward to sitting in the leafy shade next summer.
