Passyunk Square Town Watch

Join us! We meet in front of the 3rd District Police Station (11th & Wharton) on selected dates. Email outreach@passyunk.org to let us know if you are interested in leading a watch. Check PSCA’s Facebook and Twitter for updates.

Meet up with your neighbors to take an active part in keeping our community clean and safe. The Town Watch Patrol aims to meet monthly on to take leisurely but productive walks through our community to help identify and report safety concerns as well as other valuable observations that help make our neighborhood cleaner, safer, and more engaged. Please contact outreach@passyunk.org to sign-up for a walk or if you have any questions about Town Watch and what it can do for you.

Philly 311

Need to report non-emergency problems like abandoned cars or street lights that are out to the City of Philadelphia? Use Philly 311 by calling 311 within Philadelphia, visiting their website, or downloading their mobile app.  Both the website and mobile app have answers to questions about city services and more. When reporting an issue to the City of Philadelphia, make sure to keep track of your Service Request number so that you can track the status online and follow up by calling 311 if needed. Neighbors can also use the same Service Request number to report an issue and expedite the request.

The City Paper recognized the 311 app this year with their Big Vision Awards, read more here:

Use the widget below to report any problem you observe in the neighborhood to keep neighbors and the PSCA informed - if your issue needs attention by the City of Philadelphia, please use 311. To use this widget, drag the red marker to the issue location and/or refine the address to the left of the map then click next. Once completed with the second part of the form, make sure to click submit.  (The green “Report an Issue” button is a little misleading – you must fill out the two part form to the left of the map.)
